Welcome to Equitable Education Global Exchange

Nurturing Youth to Be

Globally Competent

Through Equitable Real World Educational Experiences

Founder Tiffany Olford values knowledge and education, which is evident in all she does.

The Why:

Global competency demands effective communication skills— both linguistic and intercultural—in order to engage in open, appropriate, and effective interactions with people from different backgrounds. It equips individuals to move from learning about the world to making a difference in it.

When minority and culturally diverse youth are not afforded the same opportunities as their counterparts, the learning gaps will continue to widen. The gift of knowledge is extraordinary when it is given in a manner that is selfless and unconditional.

Equitable Education

EEGE provides students with the resources needed to support their life-long learning goals through equitable educational opportunities. By creating global experiences outside of their current underserved communities so they can overcome disadvantages and find success.

Social & Cultural Awareness

Creating a space where children can safely embrace and own their unique cultural, social, and personal identities while showing them that they are as equally important as every child.

Our goal is to bring out the best in every student and empower them with qualities such as kindness, empathy, love and compassion towards each other so that the world they know today can be better tomorrow.

Diversity & Inclusion

At EEGE, employees, directors, volunteers and partners sees every student for who they are organically, be it color, race, religion, disability, or class. Instead, EEGE sees children who deserve a chance to live in a world that is free of prejudice and constraints. EEGE’s work supports inclusion while creating a community where every student can simply flourish to be the best version of themselves.

EEGE encourages excellence by fostering new ideas, creative thinking, and change through innovative processes and products.
